The device works perfectly. It is used and looks and functions as new. The one aspect I didn't like was a business practice of the company. I was not notified and after I contacted them about the late delivery, and where was it, I received an e-mail saying the first recorder was not in good condition therefore they switched and sent a different model. They did NOT quote a price but said the recorder had been mailed. I contacted them and asked what the price was. It seems the substitute was approximately $15.00 higher. I think there is a name for this type of business practice, I believe it is called bait and switch. Amazon might want to consider this unethical practice when dealing with them in the future.
